Payment:

Payment in full is required at time of purchase. There are no exceptions to this rule. All payments must be processed online using our online payment portal and shopping cart system.


Incorrect orders:

Inspect your package upon delivery and pay special attention to look for small pieces in the packaging. If you believe you have received an incorrect item please email info@lawrencesignup.com and reference your order number in the subject line, or contact us via phone at 785-856-7444 for assistance.


Returns:

All of our products include customized one of a kind artwork and therefore each order is different. Due to not offering stock products, we are unable to offer returns. All sales are final and as is. If you receive a defective product we will replace your item as long as you contact us within 5 business days to create a return order. Damaged Goods:

If your package arrives damaged you must immediately document any damage and refuse delivery. Failure to document and refuse shipment will negate the opportunity for Lawrence Sign Up to replace your goods which were damaged in shipment. Damage in shipment is the sole responsibility of the carrier and in no way is the responsibility of Lawrence Sign Up. Warranty

All of Lawrence Sign Up’s products feature a limited 30 day warranty against premature product failure. The warranty does not apply to minor material imperfections or cosmetic imperfections.


The warranty does not cover misuse of the product by the end user, the warranty does not cover abuse, mishandling, or intentional damage to the product. If it is determined that a faulty product was received by the customer Lawrence Sign Up will replace the item with the same or similar model at a standard order processing timeline. Lawrence Sign Up is not responsible for missed deadlines or other issues which occur due to faulty products and warranty claims. Customer is responsible for returned shipping fees and Lawrence Sign Up will pay for UPS ground shipping back to the customer, assuming a warranty claim is valid. Photos and a description are necessary before a warranty claim can be processed.
